Bayonne Knife For Life (BKFL) A Practical “NOTHING FANCY” approach to using the KNIFE! The goal of BKFL training, is the development of defensive skills utilizing fundamentally sound and practical approaches (taught by a qualified self defense instructor) to edged weapons training for those of us with minimal time to spare. Rather than learning a large number of specific techniques to defend against specific attacks, BKFL focuses on perfecting a few proven techniques and learning how to apply them in a defensive situation. Through this easy-to-learn method, members develop defensive proficiency very quickly (muscle memory) and have both the ability and the confidence to employ their skills after only a brief period of training.
